Datavations handles change control through a web-based tool called Test Track Pro. This application allows our clients to propose new features, enhancements and report bugs to the project manager and main client project coordinator for review. Once a feature has been deemed necessary and approved, the system will assign the change request to an individual(s) for completion. Once complete, the developer can document the enhancement/fix and return the notification for inclusion in the tool. This tool enables us to track changes, report on changes and document feature enhancements that may or may not delay the product rollout. Also, change control increases accountability.
