We provide extensive documentation to our clients that clearly inform them of where their project is with respect to cost and timelines.

This quotation is generated from our system, and is used to track all the details regarding your project throughout the development lifecycle. It is not produced manually using a spreadsheet that will never be referred to again.
![]() Once a project starts, the Project Overview shows you the big picture and is included as part of the invoice package sent to the client twice a month. It clearly shows the status of your project, with respect to every task that needs to be completed. It shows the planned, revised, actual and remaining hours as well as the projects actual cost-to-date. Revisions to task durations are handled via our Change Order management process and must be authorized prior to appearing on this report.
Our invoices tie it all together and clearly shows you what needs to be paid for this billing period. The backup information in the package guarantees that you will always be on top of your project, helping to ensure that it is on time and on budget.
This report shows you every time entry for each task by consultant for the current billing period. It includes date, billable and non-billable time, rate, detailed descriptions, and costs for each time entry.
This chart, created in Project 2000, is synchronized with our project management system, staying up-to-date with new tasks as they are added, or as planned durations are revised via approved Change Orders, or as actual time for each task is entered into the system. This is not a project plan that is created initially and then forgotten! This plan constantly tracks the project throughout the development lifecycle and shows you progress against individual tasks, instantly calling your attention to problems that may result in slippage or cost overruns before they happen.
