All sample files and code are provided for the Windows platform only,
however, everything works the same on the Mac platform and can easily
be converted for the latest version of Office for the Mac.
Outlook integration requires VB 6.0 SP3 if modifications to the templates
are required; both versions of the code are provided (compiled and non-compiled).
