your customers need is a web browser and a telephone to join the conference
call. They will see the instructors desktop in their browser and watch
them demonstrate your products functionality in a logical and efficient
manner. Student exercises can be used, where the student minimizes the
browser window and practices implementing the lesson on their local copy
of your commercial solution.
The training programs can include training documentation that is sent to the user, supplemental downloadable training videos, and is led by an instructor who is well versed on the operation of your product. The training format itself is prepared in conjunction with you to ensure it meets your expectations. Classes are conducted in groups of up to 9 students online with the instructor, and can be scheduled as frequently as necessary. Regardless of how much training you include initially with your product, customers can always purchase additional training as they need to get new employees familiar with the operation of your product.
