General
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Datavations
LLC.
We do not accept returns of, or issue refunds for:
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery.
• Any software product that has been opened (taken out of its
plastic wrap or the seal has been broken).
• Any software product for which you have received the serial
number, key code or other identifying number that allows you unrestricted
access to the software.
Return Procedure
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Before returning any item or requesting a
refund, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. Please call the Datavations LLC Customer Support Center at
(847) 719-2600.
2. Please provide the following information when requesting a RMA: Your
name and daytime telephone number, email address, original invoice number,
name of product being returned, and the reason for the return.
3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the
UPC or bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, etc. are included.
4. You will be given specific instructions as to where to send your
item.
5. For your protection, please insure your package and use a “traceable”
shipping method such as UPS Ground.
6. Return the merchandise within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA.
The RMA must be clearly printed on the outside of the package.
Credits
The appropriate credit will be issued within
two days after the package is received and the
item(s) are inspected. All refunds for credit will be issued to the
credit card that was used for the related purchase. Shipping and handling
fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution
may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit
to post it to your account. When returning an item paid for by check
or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business
days from the time we receive your return.
